A point-of-care framework for recognizing systemic involvement, applying validated disease-activity assessment including the ESSDAI, and identifying triggers for structured monitoring, referral, or co-management.
The framework will support consistent clinical evaluation and evidence appraisal without providing patient-specific treatment recommendations.
